Slide a magnet on the screwdriver blade

Our second tip would be to place a motor magnets fairly large rectangular neodymium magnet within the screwdriver blade (starting halfway towards the end for big screwdrivers) and slide the magnet along towards the very result in one smooth movement and repeat. Dont rub the magnet vertical much more will magnetise N45 neodymium magnets after that it demagnetise it. The best results are achieved by designing sure the steel is neat and free of any residue, sliding the magnet one way only. This process aligns the electrons in a few from the atoms inside the steel. These atoms generate their own very weak magnetism and once a gaggle of atoms are aligned they behave being a tiny, tiny magnet. The more electrons aligned, the stronger the magnetism. A power tool magnetised in this way will not likely maintain its power indefinitely but could keep it for a while. Banging and knocking the magnetised screwdriver causes it to slowly lose its magnetism. However, after you own a powerful neodymium magnet you can continue doing this trick over and over!
